The custom exhibition stand for Bip RED is an example of a modular design tailored to the company’s visual identity. The brand’s signature colors enhance the display, allowing the company to stand out within the trade show environment.
The custom exhibition stand for Bip RED was set up for the company’s participation in the 18th edition of Netcomm Forum, Italy’s largest event dedicated to E-commerce and Digital Transformation, held at Allianz MiCo in Milan.
The project developed by the materieunite team takes into account the client’s exhibition, structural, logistical, and commercial needs.
A portable modular stand was chosen, designed not only to perfectly fit the dimensions of the available exhibition space and streamline logistical operations, but also to allow for a high degree of customization. Bip RED’s brand colors—red, white, and blue—are applied in alternating patterns across the stand’s surfaces, making it easily identifiable and recognizable within the trade show environment.

It is a company with a strong innovative character—a quality made visible at the Netcomm Forum through its exhibition stand, which plays a significant role in shaping and expressing the brand’s identity.

Cardboard as a building material for a 100% custom trade show booth.
The Bip RED trade show booth is built using honeycomb cardboard: an eco-friendly and versatile material that perfectly meets the company’s needs at the fair. Indeed, besides being lightweight and durable—which facilitates assembly and disassembly, reduces transportation costs, and allows for potential reuse—it is also customizable thanks to direct UV printing.
This type of processing allows for direct printing of any kind of graphics or colors onto the material, offering high-quality results with bright colors that are extremely durable over time.
The walls of the stand, as well as the furniture elements inside it, thus acquire a unique appearance that allows the company to stand out from other exhibitors. The white, red, and blue colors respect the company’s coordinated image and give character to the display, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
The customized furnishings integrate seamlessly into the exhibition stand, providing uniformity and coherence.
The furnishings included within the stand, designed by materieunite, have also been customized to perfectly reflect the brand identity.
The meeting tables, the counter, the TV cabinet, and the seating are made from white honeycomb cardboard. The surfaces — in red — as well as the flooring, are made of Linoleum®, a 100% recyclable material that provides waterproofing and greater wear resistance.
As already seen with Vetpartners’ portable stand, this type of exhibition stand offers ample space for customization, effectively strengthening the brand identity through the display at the fair.
