
On the occasion of the 2025 edition of the Netcomm Forum, a key event for digital innovation and e-commerce in Italy, we created for ShippyPro a setup that combines functionality, sustainability, and design, further enhancing the brand’s visual identity in an evolved version compared to the previous year.
The Concept: Creative Reuse and Functional Value
The core design concept of the booth revolves around a simple yet powerful principle: transport crates become furnishing elements. The very structures used for packaging and logistics are transformed into functional and visual display units once opened, offering an authentic exhibition experience that remains true to the brand’s logistics identity.
Sustainable Materials, Designed to Be Recycled, Recyclable, and Natural
For the second consecutive year, the project has been reassembled, demonstrating a clear commitment to continuity and resource optimization. The new colorful graphics, the modular units made of graphic-treated cardboard, and the new double-sided backlit LED sign introduce fresh elements that enhance visual impact, improve brand readability, and elevate the exhibition component.
The booth was built using materials designed for a circular lifecycle:
Recycled cardboard, lightweight, durable, and fire-resistant, used for display modules, counters, and supports.
Plywood, sourced from shipping crates and later repurposed into wardrobes and furnishings.
Reusable modular platform, adaptable to other spaces and trade shows.
Low-energy backlit LED sign, visible even from long distances.
These materials were selected not only for their aesthetic and technical performance, but also for their alignment with a responsible environmental approach.
Design and Style: Shipping Becomes Form
The style evokes the world of logistics and shipping: crates, cardboard, and “travel” materials take center stage in the exhibition space. The open structure on all four sides encourages interaction with the public, while the modular graphic elements and vertical neon lights add a contemporary touch.
A Place for Meeting and Dialogue on the Digital Future
The ShippyPro booth fully embodies this spirit, transforming into an immersive storytelling space. The materials, graphics, and display choices not only communicate sustainability but also convey the brand’s culture: dynamic, connected, and environmentally conscious. Designing a booth intended for multiple uses, with complex logistical features and a strong visual identity, required:
Coordination between design, production, and assembly
Study of furniture ergonomics to adapt to the reuse of crates
Testing of graphics and materials to ensure visual quality and functionality
