An event that places people, vision, and design continuity at the center
La convention ShippyPro 2025, ospitata negli spazi industriali della Manifattura Tabacchi a Firenze, non è stata concepita come un semplice evento aziendale, ma come un ambiente narrativo coerente e immersivo.
Partners, clients, and guests were welcomed into a space that narrated the brand’s evolution and its commitment to responsible design, maintaining full continuity with the visual identity developed over the previous years.
Brand identity as the common thread
The concept preserves ShippyPro’s iconic creative direction: bold colors, linear geometries, recycled materials, and intelligent modularity.
The setup is built on continuity: many of the elements used — from the customized modular crates to the illuminated signage and the digital totems — were reused from the brand’s previous stand.
In addition, custom-designed furnishings were created for the convention, including sponsor display units and an illustrated totem dedicated to event communication. This design synergy allowed for a strong and recognizable visual language to be maintained.

Circular materials for responsible design
Material choice follows the ecodesign principles that distinguish ShippyPro:
Recycled and recyclable corrugated cardboard, UV printed
Black cardboard tubes for volumes and structures
Low-consumption LED lighting
Flooring and surfaces in natural linoleum
Lightweight, clean, and sustainable materials, selected to be easily transported, assembled, disassembled, and compacted, minimizing waste and environmental impact.
Essential aesthetics, brand colors, and co-design
The ShippyPro palette guides the entire environment: defined colors, a linear graphic language, and a balance between solid volumes and light surfaces.
A co-design phase with the client made it possible to translate their vision into a tangible installation, consistent with the brand positioning, creating an experience that is highly personalized and immediately recognizable.

A project designed to last
Many of the elements used came from previous trade show setups, reflecting the brand’s commitment to circular, modular, and long-lasting solutions.
