A new concept for the third consecutive year
For the 2025 edition of Cosmoprof Bologna, Gala Cosmetici once again embraced a booth design aligned with its philosophy: offering solutions that best express the brand’s values within an evolving yet consistent exhibition language. The concept involved a partial regeneration of the previous year’s stand, integrating new structural and formal elements designed to optimize space and reinforce brand identity.
Sustainable Materials, Soft Forms, and Botanical Details
The core of the 40 m² stand design lies in the careful selection and processing of materials. Structures are made from recycled and recyclable honeycomb cardboard, industrially cut and manually assembled on-site. The flooring is natural linoleum, while numerous planters filled with ferns and lavender enrich the space with olfactory and visual cues in perfect harmony with the world of wellness and natural cosmetics.
An Architectural System That Filters and Welcomes
Spatially, the layout revolves around an enveloping and organic form, achieved through a series of vertical cardboard tubes that define the space without enclosing it. These elements create a soft visual separation, ideal for delineating the four planned meeting areas, one of which is more private. The overall effect is an architecture that allows light and curiosity to pass through while protecting the intimacy of business conversations.
A Tailored Setup Designed to Evolve
Every component of the stand was custom-designed for Gala Cosmetici. The decision to retain some existing elements and integrate them into a new configuration is not only functional but also a conscious design choice. This tailored approach ensures a fluid visual narrative and allows for more efficient economic and logistical management. Additionally, all components are modular and designed to be easily dismantled and reused in future events.
Green Sensibility: A Fully Immersive Project
The presence of nature is evident and authentic. Selected plants, including ferns and climbing species, are integrated into the structures themselves, positioned at height on LED-lit portals to enhance the scenic effect. The result is a setup that conveys calm, care, and authenticity—key values not only for Gala but also for the modern consumer, increasingly attentive to the ethics and sustainability of both product and packaging.
Engagement and Relationships: A Stand Designed for Dialogue
Gala Cosmetici’s stand is not just an exhibition space but a true relational environment. The meeting areas have been designed to offer comfort, privacy, and sensory stimuli.
