A booth designed to showcase technology and brand identity
Within the span of a single month, the same HIRO booth was designed, assembled, and deployed across two different exhibition contexts: Pollutec Lyon (6×4 m) and Ecomondo Rimini (7×5 m).
The entire system was designed from the outset to quickly adapt to the different space dimensions and operational requirements of both events.
Sustainable materials and environmentally conscious craftsmanship
The entire stand was constructed using recycled materials: corrugated and honeycomb cardboard for the main structures and linoleum for the horizontal surfaces.
The fabrication focused on cutting, folding, and interlocking systems, with minimal use of glue limited to the structural parts of the tables, such as tops and legs. This approach ensured lightness, modularity, and recyclability, while minimizing environmental impact.

Visual identity: black and white, balancing duality and meaning
The project places particular emphasis on highlighting HIRO’s brand identity. The exclusive use of black and white evokes profound meanings: the two extremes symbolize binary values, yin and yang, and in the brand’s vision, they represent the transition from problem to solution.
materieunite reinterpreted the grid inspired by the Book of Changes (I Ching) as a physical element of the stand, arranging graphics and components in an orderly manner that aligns with the brand’s visual language.
Audience Engagement
Visitors were able to freely explore the space, walk around the HIRO machine, observe its operation, and gain a deeper understanding of the brand through the graphics and multimedia content.
. The experience was made interactive and immersive, turning the booth into a space for discovery and dialogue between technology, design, and sustainability.
