The exhibition stand for Himalaya at Cosmoprof 2025 combines sustainability, modular design, and reuse for a striking presence with a low environmental impact.
A Project That Evolves Over Time
For the third consecutive edition, the stand designed for Himalaya takes center stage again at Cosmoprof Bologna, confirming the effectiveness of a modular approach focused on sustainability and long-term use. The setup has been adapted to a new layout, making the most of the available 32 m² (4 x 8 meters) without compromising on aesthetics or functionality. The goal was clear: to enhance the products and brand identity with a coherent, recognizable, and easy-to-manage space.
Recycled, Natural, and Versatile Materials
The stand structure is entirely made of recycled honeycomb cardboard, industrially cut and manually assembled on-site. The floor, made of natural linoleum, completes the selection of recycled, recyclable, and natural materials. Each component is designed for repeated use, ensuring both aesthetics and durability over time. The reception desk, display surfaces, and modular walls reflect a sober and functional design, where each material is valued in its simplest form.
Evolving and Highly Functional Design
The stand’s aesthetics are based on a “tile” structure: visually organized yet extremely adaptable. The walls are enhanced by illuminated shelves that provide a bright and tidy showcase for Himalaya’s products. The rounded corners and the combination of white with the natural textures of cardboard create a warm and welcoming feel, maintaining a modern and clean style. Each module has been designed to be easily reassembled, reconfigured, and transported with minimal bulk.
Sustainability as a Concrete Strategy
The setup is a virtuous example of eco-design: the entire structure can be transported on EPAL pallets (120 x 80 cm), significantly reducing the environmental impact of logistics. The modularity allows for quick assembly, saving time, energy, and resources during setup and dismantling. After three years of use, the stand retains its aesthetic and functional qualities, proving that designing for reuse is not only possible but also convenient.
An Immersive Shopping Experience
The stand was conceived as an active space, allowing visitors to move freely among shelves, counters, and information points. Products are displayed in an orderly and well-lit manner, encouraging discovery and interest. The use of integrated lighting and modular furniture has made interaction more natural and enjoyable, offering a smooth and engaging shopping experience, fully aligned with the brand identity.
Adaptability and Visual Consistency
One of the main challenges was reconfiguring the stand compared to previous editions while maintaining strong visual consistency. Thanks to its modular structure, it was possible to reorganize the space entirely to fit the new layout of Cosmoprof 2025. This approach allowed visual continuity with past editions while also introducing strategic improvements in the arrangement and usability of the exhibition space.
