The AGAVE project is made possible thanks to the “
” initiative and European funds from the Umbria Region—ERDF Program 2021–2027
Objectives of the AGAVE Project

Automation of Information Flows
Elimination of repetitive manual steps in the creation of 3D models and bill of quantities.

Reduction inTime-to-Quote
Transition from weekly budgeting cycles to real-time responses.

‘s Data-Driven Sustainability
Integration of LCA calculations as an immediate feedback loop during the design phase.

Standardization and Product and Service Catalog
Structuring the database as a digital twin, in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0.
Results of the AGAVE Project
Developed over 9 months, from July 2025 to March 2026, the AGAVE architecture integrates a variety of tools into a single digital ecosystem: forms for capturing project briefs, custom plug-ins for computational modeling, a proprietary platform for backend management, and a centralized database.

AGAVE’s primary strategic value lies in its operational scalability. The system ensures the management of seasonal work peaks without the need to increase staffing levels, provides control over project data (costs, consumption, timelines, etc.) throughout the entire operational workflow, and enables interconnection between the various project phases.
